What is a wedding content creator?
As a wedding content creator, I capture the your day as it unfolds. Every intimate moment, every spontaneous laugh, every dance move that granny is making on the dance floor without you lifting a finger or having to pass the responsibility to someone in your wedding party who forgets to finish trends & just want as to have fun đ From raw behind-the-scenes clips to gorgeous highlight video edits to the songs used throughout your day, I aim to capture all the fleeting yet monumental moments so that you can easily rewatch & relive parts of your wedding day in less than a minute! Life gets busy & when you just want a glimpse of the day itâs right there!
Iâm actually not that much of a fan of the name âwedding content creatorâ believe it or not because I think it gives the impression that itâs âall for show on social mediaâ (especialy in Ireland where it would be a âdid you see yer-wan having the social media girl so she can post it on Instagramâ type of notions đ ) whereas really itâs just about capturing all the behind the scenes & in-betweens on a day that celebrates the love of two people (after months if not years of planning) so that no moment is missed from the prep to the party đ¤

But⌠with having a wedding creator you get all the raw footage, the laughs & chats as youâre getting ready, the actual songs played by the DJs while youâre dancing as newlyweds, the comments made during the speeches (yes if Iâm beside a table Iâll catch them đ¤) & even everyone raiding the sweet cart you spent hours picking out that probably wonât make the final gallery! So as you know, my names Aisling, Iâm 25 & from Louth! Now if youâre still unsure about Content Creators, which I get because itâs so new & also like anyone really could pick up an iPhone & start shooting, letâs have a look at my content creator credentials⌠đŹđ¸đâ¨
BA Hons in Communications in Creative Media (2021) & BA Hons in Media Arts & Technology (2020) Through both of these courses Iâve studied Film, Videography, Photography, Film Photography & more!
Grey Acre Studios has evolved a lot in the last few years⌠I started of doing Social Media Management & now specialise in Events & Wedding Content Creation! Iâve worked, both long term & short term, with Businesses in Ireland & abroad, from well known businesses to local shops & more! In doing this Iâve created (literally) THOUSANDS of pieces of content from Reels, TikToks, Graphics & photo shoots, filming weddings & events to promote the businesses since then (yes⌠my phone storage has been screaming since day 1) And I still am creating content weekly with my last remaining clients after deciding to officially make the change to being an Events & Wedding Content Creator!
Shooting & creating video edits has EASILY been my favourite part of being a Social Media Manager over the last 4/5 years so it was an easy decision to make once I seen the gap in the Irish Wedding Market & so I became one of Irelands first wedding content creators! I am so excited to focus on doing my favourite thing while capturing the magic of one of the best day of couples lives!
Really, Iâve been creating content for almost ten years if you count lots of attempts at creating YouTube videos as did most 15 year olds after watching Zoella, iykyk đ! And I still create content just for fun on @happilyeveraisling about all things Disneyland Paris, where I love to visit, some would say too much đ¤
Can I also just add in that Iâve just been the dedicated family photographer with my camera at every event since then too because that definitely counts đ
Creating content is genuinely one of my most favourite things in the world, to be out shooting & bring everything together to create videos that are loved & cherished by those who watch it makes me sooo happy! and I hope I can do the same for you & your partner! đ¤
